Ugh... lately I have been going to sleep somewhere around 11-12 and have been waking up at 6-6:30. And I have been wondering if its healthy or not and at the same time I have been skipping breakfast and even dinner sometimes because I haven't been that hungry lately but when I wake up I'm starving. I don't really know why but its like that anyway I am always hungry now because of that and the weird thing is that not even trying to do a diet or anything. I haven't been eating alot of dinner because I have either been catching up on my sleep or finishing alot of homework then take a shower then take a nap and wake up from 9-10 p.m.

I think the research varies on sleep. They seem to now be saying we need less than last year. One thing that doesn't change is that you are at an age where your body is growing and sleep is more critical for you. I don't know about the eating. I know when I am busy I eat much less. So maybe your not being hungry ties into your being pretty active right now. But I'm no doctor. Good luck in getting it all to balance out.
